Email Address Encoder

Email address encoders (sometimes called "email obfuscators") hide your email address from "harvesters": programs that scan the web looking for email addresses to spam. Email encoding can significantly reduce the likelihood of being added to spam lists. Note that encoding your email address has no impact on existing spam, it is a preventative measure.

Privacy

We don't collect your email address. In fact, it never leaves your computer (this program is written in Javascript which runs in your browser).

Instructions

Enter your email address and the text you would like for the link (could be your email address) and click "Encode". Copy the results into your HTML wherever you would like your email address to appear. If "Show Sample" is checked, an example of the results will open in a new window.
